Registration is required for all participants of SiPS 2016

At least one author must be registered for the conference at the full (non-student) rate by 23:59 August 28, 2016 (Eastern US Time). Failure to do so will result in the removal of the paper from the Technical Program and the Proceedings. Each full registration covers up to three papers. A fourth paper can be covered with the purchase of an additional early full registration fee.

Each paper in the proceedings can be up to 6 pages. An additional 7th page can be purchased for $100 as an optional item during the registration process.

A banquet ticket is included in the registration fee. An additional ticket for a guest can be purchased for $100 as an optional item during the registration process.

Conference Registration Fees

The following conference registration fees include an electronic copy of the conference proceedings and one banquet ticket. Additional banquet tickets can be purchased for $100.

Refunds are requested by October 3, 2016. There will be an administrative fee of $100 deducted from all refunded registrations.

Visas

Visa Letters can be requested during the registration process and will be automatically issued after a registration is purchased.
